2. Shipping Policy

Orders may ship directly from Outdoorsiness.com or from the manufacturer’s warehouse.

We use UPS, USPS, or a Freight Carrier for delivery.

Shipments are delivered curbside. The purchasing party must inspect the shipment in the presence of the delivery driver and document any damages before signing.

If damage is found, you must:

Not refuse the shipment

Note damages on the freight bill

Take photos and email them with the signed freight bill to sales@outdoorsiness.com

Call us immediately to report the issue

3. Returns & Order Cancellations

To initiate a return, email sales@outdoorsiness.com for an authorization number.

Items shipped via freight are subject up to a 30% restocking fee and return shipping costs.

Customers are responsible for shipping charges on canceled orders.

Orders cannot be canceled after shipping (i.e., when a tracking number is issued).

Cancellation before shipping may incur up to a 5% fee for payment processing costs.

4. Pricing Policy

We strive to maintain low prices but reserve the right to update pricing without notice due to circumstances beyond our control.

If an incorrect price is listed, we may void or hold an order until the correct pricing is approved by the customer.

Sales discounts are not retroactively applied to previous purchases.
5. Backorders

If an item is on backorder, we will notify you via email or display an estimated availability date.

Backorder dates are subject to change without notice.

Customers must cancel backorders before shipping; otherwise, our Return Policy applies.
6. Warranty & Claims

Outdoorsiness.com does not provide warranties for products. Warranties are handled by the manufacturer.

Claims for warranty issues or shipping damage must be filed directly with the manufacturer.

Customers may be responsible for replacement shipping costs and returning defective parts.
7. Payments & Chargebacks

Orders paid by check, money order, or wire transfer will be processed only after funds are received and cleared.
By completing a purchase through Outdoorsiness.com, the customer agrees that all payments are authorized and valid. If there is a billing concern or dispute, the customer must first contact Outdoorsiness at sales@outdoorsiness.com to attempt resolution prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or payment provider.
Unauthorized or invalid chargebacks, including those filed in bad faith, may result in the customer being held financially responsible for:

Any restocking costs,

Shipping fees (including outbound and return freight),

Chargeback fees charged by the processor,

Collection agency fees, and

Reasonable attorney fees and court costs, where permitted by law.
Chargeback fraud—including knowingly disputing a legitimate charge—is considered theft and may be punishable under the Texas Penal Code. If applicable, Outdoorsiness reserves the right to file a criminal complaint with local law enforcement. Chargeback fraud may be prosecuted as a misdemeanor or felony depending on the disputed amount and circumstances.
Outdoorsiness also reserves the right to pursue repayment and damages through civil action. By purchasing from Outdoorsiness.com, the customer agrees that:

All disputes, chargebacks, billing claims, or legal matters shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Texas.

Jurisdiction and venue shall be exclusively in Collin County, Texas, or another court of competent jurisdiction within the State of Texas.

The customer waives the right to bring disputes in any other state or jurisdiction.
Submitting payment constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of this policy.
8. Wiretapping & Privacy Compliance
We comply with state and federal wiretapping laws, including but not limited to:

Mobile Terms of Service

The Outdoorsiness mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Outdoorsiness (“Outdoorsiness”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Outdoorsiness’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Outdoorsiness through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Outdoorsiness. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18555719892 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Outdoorsiness mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
