Constructed of G90 galvanized steel, this metered 50/30/20 Midwest post-mount surface box is finished with a gray polyester powder-coated paint that is baked on and NEMA 3R rated for outdoor use.  The rolled-edge receptacle door swings up and open and can be locked.  Units come factory wired and are assembled with breakers and receptacles installed.  Approved for use in Canada.

Users can safely deposit ashes through the top grate, where contents collect directly on the concrete surface inside the bin. When maintenance is required, simply open the access door and remove ashes with a flat shovel. The flat interior surface and square corners allow for quick, thorough cleanout without material buildup.

In addition to guest use, the Hot Coal Bin provides a convenient disposal point for park maintenance personnel when emptying pedestal grills during routine service.
