We had an issue with the shipping. One lounger chair leg was bent. Was able to get ahold of the company and they took care of refunding instead of having to deal with the freight company. Otherwise the other loungers work great!

You need to have QA check work before shipment as I needed to drill a slot as bracket was welded upside down. Otherwise the Kit was very nice and well made.

The table is everything I was hoping for! It’s great looking, durable, and easy for people to get in and out on the benches. I was very pleased that the true color is more of a milk chocolate versus the dark orange it appears on the website. I received the table about a week and a half after ordering. I’m very pleased with it!
It's a nice base. We were careful to get everything level in all directions before adding the boards and drilling holes for the bolts. Also, the washers that came with the base were small for the bolt slots, so we bought some larger sizes and only used the provided washers where there wasn't enough room for larger ones.

Love the sturdiness of this table! We used 8ft treated pieces. It comfortablely fits 4 adults on one side without bumping elbows while eating. Best thing is the slide through seats. No support leg to lift legs over like on a wooden table. These frames will not only out last us, but probably our kids. Only wood will eventually need replaced. So it was worth the cost!

The 30 and 20 amp breakers do not fit tightly as they should. I opened it up to see what was wrong. Not sure if it is the breakers or the bar that the foot hooks into. Either way, I expected better.

Store owner replied: This is normal as the breakers commonly get dislodged from their seat in shipping. Once you open the unit up and wire it all you do is push the breakers back into their designated seat. While I can see this being a concern, it is not a defect in the unit or quality control issue. Let us know if you have any questions.
Delivered very timely. Instructions for putting together were a little fuzzy about how the center leg should be positioned for the top. Need two people at least to assemble. Pleased with the overall sturdiness of the tables.

The process was great. Fast response by company to inquiries. The shipping was a little dicey. Was told they’d call to set up a time. Notified about an hour prior to arrival which was difficult as we were not prepared at that time.
Solid commercial seating. We would order these again for future park and campus projects.

Lift gate made it easier to unload, however, we could have unloaded the chairs and lounges without the lift gate. The boxes were not all that heavy.
