Heavy-duty commercial picnic table frame kit — 6ft or 8ft, welded steel, finished with a 4-stage industrial coating process built for real outdoor exposure, not just a spray booth.

Built with 2-3/8" OD, 11 ga steel tubing — the same heavy spec used by premium competitors, at a fraction of the price. Where this frame really pulls ahead is the finish. Most "powder coated" outdoor furniture is exactly that and nothing more: a single layer of powder sprayed directly onto raw or lightly-prepped steel. It looks fine in the showroom and starts failing at the weld seams within a season or two, because spray-on powder can't get into tight corners, and there's nothing underneath it to stop corrosion once the coating chips or scratches.

This frame goes through a 4-step process before it ever sees a spray booth:

• Degreasing — strips oils, mill residue, and contaminants from the raw steel so every later layer actually bonds instead of sitting on top of grime.
• Acid pickling — removes mill scale and surface rust down to clean bare metal, the same prep step used in automotive-grade finishing, not typical patio furniture.
• E-coating (electrophoretic deposition) — an electrically-charged primer bath that pulls coating into every weld seam, corner, and hidden surface a spray gun can't reach. This is the layer that actually stops corrosion, and it's the same core technology used to rustproof car bodies.
• Outdoor powder coating — a UV-stable, weatherable exterior topcoat applied over the E-coat, giving you the color and finish you see plus a second line of defense the E-coat is already providing underneath.

The result is a duplex coating system — primer plus topcoat — instead of the single layer most "powder coated" frames rely on. Scratch through the top layer on a standard powder-coated frame and bare steel is exposed immediately. Scratch through this one and the E-coat underneath is still doing its job.

Hardware is stainless steel, not painted or galvanized — won't rust out over years of outdoor exposure. Welded one-piece construction is structurally stronger than bolted alternatives, and the 11 ga wall thickness is heavier than the 13 ga tubing found on most competing frames.

The Eaton CHU1N9N4NS is a factory-wired, unmetered surface mount RV power box built for RV parks and campgrounds. It mounts to a 4x4 post, offering a cost-effective alternative to a full pedestal installation. A meter kit can be added later if metered billing is ever needed.

The box is constructed of heavy-gauge steel with a baked-on gray polyester powder coat finish and a NEMA 3R rated enclosure for solid corrosion and weather resistance outdoors. The receptacle door swings up to open and can be locked. The unit ships factory wired and assembled with breakers and receptacles installed.
